Fully-Automatic Adult Diapers Bagging Machine

This machine, under automated operation, will have the diapers stacked neatly by the Stacker according to diapers quantity/ piece number of the packaging followed by pushing into the compressing platform of the Packaging Machine. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, bag feeding, suction, bag-opening, product bagging.

3. Overall program planning.

When the bagging machine is in the process of changing task or in a malfunctioning state, it can one-click switch to output diapers from another outlet of the stacker , products will be diverted through manual sealing line to ensure the continuous work of the main machine.

4. Human-machine interaction system.

Various product parameters can be preserved and saved in the machine, and retrieved easily when needed.
