Full-auto Vertical Stacking Sanitary Napkins Packing Machine

A packing machine incorporated with full-servo system that is able to pack sanitary napkins under high speed outputted from the host machine in vertically stacked and arranged manner. It has an ability to reach its top design push speed of 100 pushes/min. The functions and procedures will include product catching, compression, bag opening and product filling followed by clear the cut-off trim after done with final precise sealing with bottom gusset formation.

Quick changing process for different packing sizes, usually within 5 minutes for the process. Low level of technical requirement for operators to manage, and it’s user friendly for female workers to carry out quick size-changing function as well. 

5. Multi-servo drive and high mechanical stability.

The adoption of Mitsubishi or AB motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System ensures the stability and efficiency of production, with the qualified rate reaching as high as 99%.

6. Human-machine interaction system.

Various product parameters can be preserved and saved in the machine, and retrieved easily when needed.
