The High Speed Fully Automatic Bundler Machine accepts already sealed small packs from the upstream small‑packaging machine via a connecting conveyor. These individual packs are then aligned and arranged in a specified bundle count (e.g., 5, 10, or 20 packs per bundle). Under fully automatic operation
Mechanical Features
1. Infeed & Alignment – Small packs are transferred onto the bundler infeed conveyor and guided into a collating area where they are arranged side‑by‑side or stacked to form a uniform bundle batch.
2. Pushing & Bag Opening – The complete bundle batch is pushed into a pre‑opened large bag.
3. Bag Filling & Sealing – After the bundle is fully inserted, the large bag is sealed .
4. Tail Clearing – Any excess bag tail or trim is removed.
5. Output – The finished bundled package (multiple small packs inside one large bag) is discharged onto an outfeed conveyor, ready for bulk shipment.
