ON THE WAY TO RUSSIA...

Recently, one of our clients from Russia with production lines for sanitary napkin wished to incoporate a fully-automic packing equipment within their line as requested.  As compared to the typical sanitary packaging products with no gusset and packed with film roll, the product pieces to be packed are vertically stacked like the ordinary packed diapers with bottom gusset for the packaging which differ from the film roll type. Thus, BROAD had come up with a packing/bagging solution that packs vertically arranged napkins into a gusseted packaging similar to diapers packing method, a Fully Auto. Sanitary Napkins Packing Machine (vertical-stacking). 

This fully- auto  sanitary napkin packing machine has finally shipped out from our factory successfully towards our neighbor ing country of Russia. The processes of preparation, packing and shipping has always been delicated to ensure the machine transported and unloaded safely at the arrival site to avoid physical damages.
