ASSEMBLING OF PULL-UP PANTS STACKER REQUESTED BY FUJIAN ODIMU
A stacker for elastic pull-up pants with adjoining exits is currently under the assembling stage as requested by one of our clients Odimu from Fujian. The stacker consists of 2 exits which are aligned side-by-side to each other which differ to the other stackers for Fully-auto packing integration that has exits on individual sides. This stacker has an infeed stacking speed of 600pcs/min with the push rate on each exit (2 overall) of 20 pushes/min. It will be manufactured in a way that can pack product quantity ranging from 10 to 45 pieces.
The stacker is installed with components such as Mitsubishi servo motors operated under its PLC system and SMC pneumatic components. Once the stacker is fully assembled, it will go through the final stage of numerous comissioning stages before it can be delivered to client's site.
