Other than just diaper packing machine for packing vertically-stacked diapers that is of a standard type of packing method for the diapers within the mainstream babycare market, there are as well diapers being horizontally arranged within the packaging. One of the best examples is the low-count pack diapers being sold as low quantity consistig about 5-6 pieces.
The low-count pack type for diapers are however do have it's market and we do have clients requesting for this type of packing method as well. There are several different ways that the packing machine can be manufactured to execute the low-count packs. One of the examples is applying the mechanical solution similar to the sanitary napkin packing machine using film roll type. BROAD has recently developed a Semi Automatic Horizontally-stacking Diaper Packing Machine that feeds the packaging using the film roll as like packing the sanitary napkin. It runs at the speed of 55-60 packs/min and it's currently requested by one of the local clients from Guangdong. The machine will be completing it's production soon probably towards the end of this month.
