LATEST PROJECT ON BROAD'S NEW PALLETIZER

Other than just providing packaging or bagging solution for diapers and disposable sanitary products to be precisely and tightly sealed, BROAD has also been tackling problems for manually placing boxes on pellets which is a time-consuming and expensive process. A full-servo powered pelletizer regarded as the upcoming machine model after recent request from one of our regular long-term clients. As the main aim of BROAD being adhered to targeting the output part of the production of disposable products, now it's time to also tailor-make a pelletizer for our requested client enabling the packed goods to be organized, stacked and arranged neatly and safely onto each pallet before placing into the container vehicle to be shipped out. This will ensure the efficiency for the entire output sequence of the sanitary products to be at highest with minimal disruption. 

The pelletizer itself is incoporated with different types tools to handle the palletizing tasks of all kinds of products. The general functions of the machine with robotic arm operational feature provide automatic means for sorting, transfering and stacking carton goods or products onto the pallet at the end of the production line which will be avantageous for convenient and high-value shipping.
