It's early Monday morning and our fellow staff of BROAD were busily preparing for one of our packing machines for baby diapers to be delivered to one of our clients, QuanJia in Quanzhou. This time it's not our best-selling High Speed Full-Servo Baby Diapers Packaging Machine, but it's the Mid-Speed Semi-Auto Baby Diapers Packaging Machine that has not been requested for a period of time till now!
The packing machine can pack products for baby/adult diapers and elastic pull-up pants and running at the top speed of 20 packs/min. Despite of the speed being lower than the rest of our machines series, but however, it acts as a useful assisting or add-on machine for some of our production clients as well, generating a more efficient, space-saving and cost-effective production cost for their line.
Though it's a short shipping journey as compared to other destinations, the processes of preparation and loading onto the truck with forklift by our experienced staffs have always been delicated, to ensure the machine is transported and unloaded safely at the arrival site to avoid physical damages.
