Early this morning, the truck arrived outside BROAD's workshop awaited for the finished High-Speed Fully-Auto Baby Pants Bagger to be loaded on. The diaper packing machine's bagger had been ordered by New Sansation from Foshan Guangdong to be integrated with their existing stacker at the site. The processes of preparation, packing and loading onto the truck has always been delicated to ensure the machine is transported and unloaded safely at the arrival site to avoid physical damages.
The bagger packs at the design speed of 35 packs/min, which is the standard top speed required my most production plants in China. The required packing dimension can be customized under different SKUs as shown:
