How's the payment term will be like?

The payment process will consist of the 3 stages overall: After the ordering process of the machine(s) has been done followed by signing of the technical agreement, the initial payment will be 30% of the overall price which will be paid prior to starting production. The following 65% of the payment will be made after the machine has been finished and to be prepared for shipping. Once the machine has been arrived at client's site (factory) followed by installation and test-running processes, the latter 5% of the sum will be paid after 3 months.
